摘　　要：目的:分析近20年我国中医药治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的研究现状,并探讨未来发展趋势。方法:基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库,检索2003年1月1日-2023年8月29日期间收录于CNKI数据库关于中医药治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的相关文献。应用Excel对时间、机构、地区等信息进行计量分析。应用CiteSpace软件对作者、研究机构、文献关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献372篇,涉及我国30个省份、自治区和直辖市,中医药大学及其附属医院为主要发文主体。刊登文献量前5的期刊均为高影响力期刊且78.51%的文献为临床研究。但发文作者、机构间合作较少,地域差异明显。发现关键词中药、疗效、他克莫司、辨证施治等23个,证型以血热型为主,治法以清热为主;主要聚类包括中药、他克莫司等7个;主要突现词包括疗效、辨证施治、中药、刺络放血等12个。结论:中医药治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的研究发文量呈先升后降的趋势。研究集中于临床研究,中药、外治法、规范对照为研究热点;中医非药物疗法、规范研究、生活质量、皮肤屏障功能、免疫功能为前沿研究趋势。但存在未形成核心作者群,非附属关系机构间合作较少,存在地域局限性,缺乏机制研究等问题。Objective To explore the research status of TCM treatment for corticosteroid dependent dermatitis in the past 20 years in China and discuss future development trends.Methods literature on corticosteroid dependent dermatitis treated by traditional chinese medicine treatment published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 1,2003 to August 29,2023 were searched by computer.Excel was used to analyze quantitative information including publication time,institution,region,journal,and literature type.CiteSpace was used to analyze the cooperation network between authors and institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergent.Results A total of 372 literature was included in this study,involving 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of China.The University of TCM and its affiliated hospitals are the main contributors.The top 5 journals are all high influential journals,and 78.51%of the literature is clinical research.However,there is limited collaboration between authors and institutions,with significant focuses on cooling the blood.The main clusters included 7 clusters,including Chinese medicine,Tacrolimus and skin diseases.The emergent keywords included 12 keywords,including therapeutic effects,syndrome differentiation and treatment,Chinese medicine,and bloodletting therapy.Conclusion The number of publications of TCM treatment on corticosteroid dependent dermatitis increased and then decreased.The research focuses on clinical research,with traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment,and standardized control as the research hotspots,and traditional Chinese medicine non-drug therapy,standardized control,quality of life,skin barrier function,and immune function as the frontier research trends.However,there are some problems such as limited cross institutional and cross regional cooperation,significant regional differences,insufficient influence of core authors,and a lack of basic research.
