耳软骨移植术在鼻整形中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳软骨移植术在鼻部美容中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2022年2月于笔者医院行鼻整形术就医者82例,随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(41例)。对照组采用硅胶假体进行鼻整形;观察组采用自体耳软骨移植鼻整形。观察比较两组术前、术后1年的美学指标、并发症发生情况、术后1年就医者对美学效果的满意度。结果:两组就医者术前的鼻尖高度、鼻翼宽度、鼻背长度、鼻尖角、鼻唇角、鼻额角比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1年,两组就医者的鼻尖高度较术前增高,鼻背长度较术前延长,且观察组就医者的鼻尖高度、鼻背长度均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1年,两组就医者的鼻翼宽度、鼻唇角、鼻尖角、鼻额角较术前减小,且观察组就医者的鼻翼宽度、鼻唇角、鼻尖角、鼻额角均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组就医者在术后1年间观察组并发症发生率(4.88%)显著低于对照组(19.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对术后1年鼻尖高度、鼻背长度、鼻翼宽度、整体鼻部外形的美学效果满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳软骨移植鼻整形术可改善就医者鼻部美学指标,降低术后并发症的发生风险,提升就医者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of ear cartilage transplantation on nasal beauty.Methods 82 patients who underwent rhinoplasty in the author's hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases).The control group underwent silicone prosthesis for rhinoplasty,and the observation group was given autologous ear cartilage transplantation rhinoplasty.The esthetic indicators before surgery and at 1 year after surgery,occurrence of complications and patients’satisfaction with cosmetic effect at 1 year after surgery were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in nasal tip height,nasal alar width,nasal dorsum length,nasal tip Angle,nasolabial Angle and nasofrontal Angle between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).One year after surgery,the height of the nose tip was higher and the length of the nose back was longer than before surgery,and the height of the nose tip and the length of the nose back in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).One year after surgery,the nasal alar width,nasolabial Angle,nasal tip Angle and nasofrontal Angle of patients in both groups decreased compared with those before surgery,and the nasal alar width,nasolabial Angle,nasal tip Angle and nasofrontal Angle of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.88%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group on the height of the nose tip,the length of the nose back,the width of the nose wing and the overall appearance of the nose 1 year after surgery was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear cartilage transplantation rhinoplasty can improve the nasal esthetic indicators,reduce the risk of postop
