基于横向沟通的减压小组法改善眼部整形手术患者心理压力的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察基于横向沟通的减压小组法改善眼部整形手术患者心理压力效果。方法:选取笔者医院2021年1月-2022年12月收治的82例改善眼部整形手术患者为研究对象,遵随机数字表法分为41例常规组(常规护理)和41例减压组(常规组基础上+基于横向沟通的减压小组法),比较干预前后两组间患者心理压力、自尊水平、体像障碍、人格障碍、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组心理压力评分(紧张、抑郁、精力、慌张、疲劳、自尊感和愤怒)均降低,且减压组显著低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组自尊水平评分(外表、行为及社会)均升高,且减压组显著高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组MBSRQ及PDQ-4+评分均降低,且减压组显著低于常规组(P<0.05);减压组治疗依从率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);减压组护理满意度评分(护理技术、病房环境、护患沟通和健康教育)均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:基于横向沟通的减压小组法能有效改善眼部整形手术患者心理压力,增强患者自尊水平,减轻患者体像障碍及人体障碍,提高患者治疗依从性和护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of horizontal communication-based decompression group method on improving the psychological pressure in patients undergoing ocular plastic surgery.Methods 82 patients with ocular plastic surgery admitted to the author's hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into 41 cases in routine group(routine nursing)and 41 cases in decompression group(horizontal communication-based decompression group method on the basis of routine group)according to the random number table method.The psychological pressure,selfesteem level,body image disorder and personality disorder,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of psychological pressure dimensions(tension,depression,energy,panic,fatigue,self-esteem and anger)were decreased in both groups,and the scores in decompression group were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).The self-esteem level scores(appearance,behavior and society)in both groups were increased after intervention,and the scores were significantly higher in decompression group than those in routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MBSRQ score and PDQ-4+score in the two groups were declined,and the scores in decompression group were significantly lower compared with those in routine group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate in decompression group was significantly higher compared to routine group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction scores(nursing technique,ward environment,nurse-patient communication and health education)in decompression group were significantly higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Horizontal communication-based decompression group method can effectively improve the psychological pressure,enhance the self-esteem level,relieve the body image disorder and personality disorder,and promote the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in patients with ocular p
