综合护理干预对乳腺纤维瘤手术患者心理状态及切口美观度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理干预对乳腺纤维瘤手术患者心理状态、术后疼痛及切口美观度的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2023年2月笔者医院行乳腺纤维瘤手术的105例患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方法的不同分为对照组51例(实施常规护理)和观察组54例(实施综合护理干预)。对比两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)]、术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)]、切口美观度[温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)、患者瘢痕评估量表(Patient scar assessment scale,PSAS)]以及护理满意度。结果:出院前,两组SAS、SDS、VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组VSS、PASA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为98.15%,高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05)。结论:应用综合护理干预可有效改善乳腺纤维瘤手术患者负面情绪,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高切口美观度以及护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state,postoperative pain and incision aesthetics of patients undergoing breast fibroma surgery.Methods A total of 105 patients with mammary fibroma who were treated in the author's hospital from July 2018 to February 2023 were selected for the study,according to nursing intervention,they were divided into control group of 51 cases(receiving routine nursing)and observation group of 54 cases(receiving comprehensive nursing intervention).The psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],postoperative pain degree[Visual analogue scale(VAS)],incision aesthetics[Vancouver scar scale(VSS)、patient scar assessment scale(PSAS)]and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before discharge,the scores of SAS,SDS and VAS in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,VSS and PASA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.15%,which was higher than 82.35%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients undergoing breast fibroma surgery,reduce postoperative pain,improve incision aesthetics and nursing satisfaction.
