摘　　要：浓缩生长因子(Concentrated growth factor,CGF)是新一代血小板衍生物,其富含生长因子和CD34^(+)细胞,在整形、皮肤美容、口腔、骨科等领域已得到广泛应用。该文概述了CGF的生物学效应,通过对CGF应用于面部年轻化、眶周年轻化、黄褐斑、痤疮瘢痕、脱发、创面愈合等方面展开综述,以期为皮肤和整形美容领域提供参考,并对其临床应用前景进行展望。Concentrated growth factor(CGF)is a new generation of platelet derivatives,which is rich in growth factors and CD34^(+)cells,and has been widely used in plastic surgery,skin beauty,dentistry,orthopedics and other fields.In this paper,the biological effects of CGF are summarized,and the application of CGF in facial rejuvenation,periorbital rejuvenation,Melanosis,acne scar,alopecia,wound healing are summarized,in order to provide reference for the fields of dermatology and plastic surgery,and its clinical application prospect is prospected.
