摘　　要：整形美容是临床医学的重要组成部分,临床需求的迅猛增加极大推动了整形美容行业的蓬勃发展。医用高分子材料是整形美容医学必不可少的组成部分。本文综述了目前国内外医用高分子材料及其制品在整形美容医学领域的最新应用及研究进展,主要包括皮肤护理材料、面部年轻化材料、皮肤祛皱材料、皮肤祛瘢痕材料、填充假体及塑形材料等6大类。期望对开发能够满足临床新需求的新型医学美容高分子材料及其制品有所启发。Medical plastic surgery is an important part of clinic medicine.Rapid increase of clinic demands has greatly promoted booming development of medical plastic surgery.Medical polymer materials are an indispensable part of medical plastic surgery.This paper reviews the latest applications and research progresses of domestic and international medical polymer materials and products in the field of medical plastic surgery,mainly including skin care materials,facial rejuvenation materials,skin wrinkle removing materials,skin scar removing materials,filling prostheses and shaping materials.It is expected that this review can provide inspirations for developing new polymers and products that can meet emerging clinic needs.
