摘　　要：为适应异型坯的市场增长需求,在异型坯连铸机原有BB1断面尺寸555 mm×440 mm×90 mm基础上,升级改造为575 mm×450 mm×110 mm。通过对结晶器、扇形段、引锭杆、拉矫机等设备的升级改造和工艺参数的优化,成功进行了连铸机正常生产,跟踪铸坯轧材质量及性能均满足现场使用需求,提高了整个工序的生产能力。In order to meet the growing demand of the beam blank market,the beam blank caster is upgraded to 575 mm×450 mm×110 mm on the basis of the original BB1 section size of 555 mm×440 mm×90 mm.Through the upgrade and modification of the crystallizer,segment,dummy bar,withdrawal straightener and other equipment and the optimization of process parameters,the normal production of the continuous caster was successfully carried out,the quality and performance of the rolled products of the casting slab met the requirements of the field use,and the production capacity of the whole process was improved.
