摘 要:针对440MPa冷轧钢带冲压开裂现象,采用光谱成分分析、金相显微镜微观组织观察、扫描电镜微观断口检验等分析手段对失效原因进行全面分析。结果表明,钢带成分、性能满足技术协议要求,钢带局部存在硫化物夹杂,在冲压过程中以夹杂为源头的应力集中,诱发了裂纹产生。通过向钢液中添加稀土元素、钙处理等方式,诱导夹杂物变性处理,或通过延长精炼搅拌时间,促进钢液中夹杂物上浮,可达到净化钢液、优化冲压性能的效果。In view of the stamping cracking phenomenon of 440 MPa cold rolled steel strip,the failure causes were comprehensively analyzed by means of spectral composition analysis,microstructure observation under metallographic microscope and microscopic fracture inspection under scanning electron microscope.The results show that the composition and properties of the steel strip meet the requirements of the technical agreement.There are sulfide inclusions in some parts of the steel strip.During the stamping process,the stress concentration of the inclusions as the source induces cracks.By adding rare earth elements and calcium treatment to the liquid steel,inducing the inclusion denaturing treatment,or extending the refining stirring time to promote the inclusion floating in the liquid steel,the effect of purifying the liquid steel and optimizing the stamping performance can be achieved.
