摘　　要：某钢厂采用单点非平衡保护浇注工艺,制定了冶炼、连铸、轧制等关键工艺措施,成功开发出大断面含铝热轧H型钢并实现批量化生产,产品成分、性能等均满足标准要求。The single point non-equilibrium fully protection casting is adopted,and the key process measures such as smelting,continuous casting and rolling are formulated.The large section Al-containing hot rolled H-section steel is successfully developed and mass production is realized.The composition and performance of the products all meet the requirements of the standard.
