摘  要:确定烧结矿中TFe、SiO_(2)、CaO、MgO、Al_(2)O_(3)、MnO、S、P等成分的测定,采用试样经熔片法后,冷却装入样品盒中再转入MXF-2400型X荧光光谱仪测定。通过多种方式对比试验,熔片法中的各组测定结果准确可靠,完全能接受使用。样品用X荧光光谱仪熔片法测定代替压片法和三氯化钛还原重铬酸钾滴定法测定全铁,在结果准度度保持的前提下,检测时间大大缩短,稳定性也得到了明显提升,通过开发烧结矿中有害元素硫红外碳硫仪实时测定后,对烧结矿中物料配比,铁水产出都具有非常现实的指导意义,也避免了传统化学法测定全铁中产生的含铬废液对周边环境的污染。The components of TFe,SiO_(2),CaO,MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),MnO,S and P in sinter were determined.The samples were cooled into the sample box by fusing method and then transferred to MXF-2400 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for determination.Through a variety of comparative tests,the measurement results of each group in the melt sheet method are accurate and reliable,and can be accepted.The sample was determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer melt sheet method instead of tablet method and titanium trichloride reduction potassium dichromate titration method to determine total iron.Under the premise of maintaining the accuracy of the results,the detection time was greatly shortened and the stability was significantly improved.After real-time determination of harmful element sulfur in sinter by developing infrared carbon sulfur meter,the material ratio in sinter was determined.The production of molten iron has a very practical guiding significance,and also avoids the pollution of the surrounding environment caused by the waste liquid containing chromium produced by the traditional chemical method in the determination of total iron.
