摘  要:通过碳酸钠、四硼酸钠等碱性混合助熔剂熔解增碳剂试样,用盐酸、热水熔解熔球,过滤得到稳定的待测溶液。使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,测定待测元素的光谱强度,从而得到其含量。实验表明:本法较灰分成分分析,无须检测灰分,分析快速,方法的精密度和正确度满足要求。To test the content of titanium dioxide in carburizer for steelmaking,the sample was prepared by process of alkali fusung with mixed fluxing agent,hot water and hydrochloric acid acidification.The fluxing agent composed of sodium carbonate and sodium tetraborate.A stable solution to be tested was obtained by filtration.The spectral intensity of the element to be measured was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The experiment shows that this method does not need to detect the ash content,and the analysis is faster,compared to the ash component analysis.The precision and accuracy of the method can meet therequirements.
