摘　　要：立足于石横特钢生产条件,对双膛竖窑应用低热值煤气进行煅烧的影响因素进行分析,制定出合理的煅烧工艺、改进措施以及创新技术,实现了双膛竖窑稳定顺行,达产达效。Based on the production conditions of Shiheng Special Steel,this study analyzes the influencing factors of using low calorific value gas for calcination in a double chamber vertical kiln,formulates reasonable calcination processes,improvement measures,and innovative technologies.And stable and smooth operation of the double chamber vertical kiln was achieved.Full production capacity and the desired results were reached.
