电渗析浓缩钢铁工业浓盐水试验研究

摘  要:以泰山钢铁反渗透浓水为对象进行电渗析(ED)浓缩中试研究。结果表明:ED对钢铁工业浓盐水具有较为理想的浓缩效果,能够实现浓盐水电导率的高倍浓缩,浓缩倍数为5~10倍。ED淡水电导率均<3000μs/cm;ED对浓盐水的浓缩效果受水中不同离子种类的影响;ED对COD的浓缩效果不明显,具有一定的抗有机物污染能力;试验期间ED能耗为2.3~2.4 kWh/t,浓水系统回收率≥85%,能够低能耗、高效率地实现浓盐水浓缩减量,为进一步实施废水零排放提供了可行性方向。A pilot study on electrodialysis concentration of reverse osmosis concentrated water from Taishan Steel was carried out.The results show that electrodialysis(ED)has an ideal concentration effect on the concentrated brine of steel industry,and can achieve high concentration of the concentrated brine conductivity,the concentration multiple is 5~10 times,the fresh water conductivity of ED is less than 3000μs/cm.The concentration effect of ED on salt water was affected by different ions in water.The concentration effect of ED on COD is not obvious,and ED has a certain ability to resist organic pollution.During the test,the ED energy consumption was 2.3-2.4 kWh/t,and the concentrated water system recovery is more than 85%,which was conducive to realizing the reduction of concentrated brine with low energy consumption and high efficiency,and provided a feasible direction for further implementation of zero waste water discharge.
