微针在病理性瘢痕治疗与预防中的应用

摘　　要：病理性瘢痕,包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩,是皮肤损伤后异常修复的结果,常引发疼痛、瘙痒、外观缺陷等问题,给患者带来身心双重困扰。目前病理性瘢痕的治疗方式包括药物治疗、手术治疗、物理治疗、生物治疗等,但诸多治疗手段常伴随不良反应多、复发率高、费用昂贵等问题,导致患者依从性不佳。微针是一种新兴的治疗方式,既可单独应用,又可作为递送系统将药物直接送达表皮或真皮层,具有无痛、微创、高效、安全、便捷等优势,在病理性瘢痕的治疗和预防中表现出巨大的潜力。本文阐述了微针在病理性瘢痕防治领域的最新研究进展,以期为该领域的深入研究提供新的思路与方向,推动病理性瘢痕防治技术的不断进步。Pathological scars,including hypertrophic scars and keloids,are the results of abnormal repair after skin injury,often causing problems such as pain,itching,and appearance defects and resulting in both physical and mental distress to patients.At present,the treatments for pathological scars include drug therapy,surgical therapy,physical therapy,biological therapy,and others.However,many treatments are often accompanied by adverse reactions,high recurrence rates,high costs and other problems,resulting in poor patient compliance.Microneedles are an emerging therapeutic method that can be applied alone or used as a delivery system to deliver drugs directly to the epidermis or dermis.With the advantages of being painless,minimally invasive,efficient,safe,and convenient,microneedles show great potential in the treatment and prevention of pathological scars.This paper reviews the latest research progress of microneedles in scar prevention and treatment to provide new ideas and directions for further research in this field and promote the continuous progress of pathological scar prevention and treatment technology.
