枸橼酸托法替布缓释片治疗成人稳定期白癜风11例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评估枸橼酸托法替布缓释片治疗成人稳定期白癜风的有效性和安全性。方法收集2022年6月-2023年6月于河北工程大学附属医院使用枸橼酸托法替布缓释片治疗成人稳定期白癜风患者的资料,比较其治疗3个月和6个月的效果,并记录治疗过程中可能出现的不良反应。结果本研究共纳入11例患者。经过3个月和6个月治疗后,显效率分别为34.48%和50.25%,总有效率为67.98%和72.91%。治疗6个月的显效率优于治疗3个月,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.33,P=0.01),而总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.183,P=0.277)。11例患者中总白癜风面积评分指数(VASI)评分改善程度50%以上4例,面颈部、躯干皮损VASI评分改善比较明显。所有患者均未出现不良反应及严重不良事件。结论枸橼酸托法替布缓释片治疗成人稳定期白癜风安全有效,其疗效受治疗时间、皮损部位的影响。Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of tofacitinib citrate sustained-release tablets in treating stable vitiligo in adults.Methods Data of adult patients with stable vitiligo treated with tofacitinib citrate sustained-release tablets in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering from June 2022 to June 2023 were collected.Treatment efficacy at 3 and 6 months and possible adverse reactions were documented during treatment.Results A total of 11 patients were enrolled in this study.After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the apparent efficiency rate was 34.48%and 50.25%,respectively,and the total effective rate was 67.98%and 72.91%,respectively.The apparent efficiency after 6 months of treatment was better than after 3 months(χ^(2)=10.33,P=0.01),but the total effective rate was not statistically different(χ^(2)=1.183,P=0.277).Among the 11 patients,a total vitiligo area scoring index(VASI)improvement score for four patients was more than 50%,and the VASI score improvement of the face,neck and trunk was significantly improved.No adverse reactions were observed in the patients.Conclusion Tofacitinib citrate sustained-release tablets are safe and effective for stable vitiligo in adults.Their efficacy is affected by the treatment duration and lesion location.
