摘  要:天疱疮(pemphigus)是一组可能致命的自身抗体介导的自身免疫性表皮内大疱性皮肤病。其发病机制尚未完全阐明,主要特征为产生抗桥粒黏附分子桥粒芯糖蛋白3(Dsg3)和桥粒芯糖蛋白1(Dsg1)的IgG。体外细胞和动物模型对研究疾病的病因、发病机制以及治疗等具有重要意义,但目前尚无统一的天疱疮体外细胞及动物模型。本文概述国内外天疱疮体外细胞和动物模型的研究进展,旨在为天疱疮的研究提供帮助。Pemphigus is a potentially life-treating autoimmune skin disease mediated by autoantibodies. These antibodies target the adhesion molecules of desmoglein 3 (Dsg3) and desmoglein 1 (Dsg1), leading to intraepidermal bullous lesions. The pathogenesis of pemphigus has not been fully elucidated. To better understand the disease, in vitro cell and animal models are of great significance for studying its etiology, pathogenesis, and potential treatments. However, no unified in vitro cell and animal models for pemphigus exist. This article provides an overview of the progress in developing these models, aiming to offer assistance for studying pemphigus.
