摘  要:系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,具有多系统或器官损害,患者死亡的主要原因为肾衰竭、心脏衰竭、狼疮脑病和严重感染等,早期发现或延缓SLE重要器官的受累至关重要。据报道在SLE中,血清尿酸水平与狼疮性肾炎、肺动脉高压、神经精神受累等有关,但目前关于尿酸与SLE器官受累的关系尚未完全了解,其相关机制也有待提高,且国内外尚无报道降尿酸治疗是否可缓解SLE患者的器官受累,本文将就尿酸与SLE患者的各器官受累(狼疮性肾炎、肺动脉高压、神经系统受累、其他合并症)的关系进行综述,以进一步明确SLE与尿酸之间的关系。Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease that can cause damage to multiple organs, and the leading causes of death in patients are renal failure, heart failure, lupus encephalopathy, and severe infections. Early detection or delaying the involvement of vital organs in SLE is crucial. In SLE, serum uric acid levels have been reported to be associated with lupus nephritis, pulmonary hypertension, and neuropsychiatric involvement. However, the relationship between uric acid and organ involvement in SLE is not yet fully understood, and the knowledge about its related mechanisms needs further improvement. In this paper, we review the relationship between uric acid and the involvement of various organs in SLE (lupus nephritis, pulmonary hypertension, neurology, and other comorbidities of SLE) to clarify this relationship.
