葫芦七化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：葫芦七为菊科橐吾属蹄叶橐吾Ligularia fischeri(Ledeb.)Turcz的根及根茎,其药用价值显著,资源分布广泛。葫芦七中所含化学成分丰富,种类多样,目前研究中已发现100余种化学成分,以萜类为主,此外还有少量的甾体、苯并呋喃类及挥发油等。药理学研究表明,葫芦七具有抗炎、增强免疫、抗氧化、镇咳祛痰、抗溃疡、抗菌、防治急性中毒等药理作用,同时葫芦七具有一定毒性。通过对葫芦七的化学成分和药理作用研究进展进行综述,为其相关研究提供参考依据。Huluqi is the root and rhizome of Ligularia fischeri(Ledeb.)Turcz in the Asteraceae family.Its medicinal value is significant and its resources are widely distributed.Huluqi contains abundant chemical components and diverse types.Currently,more than 100 chemical components have been discovered in research,mainly terpenes,as well as small amounts of steroids,benzofurans,and volatile oils.Pharmacological studies have shown that Huluqi has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,immune enhancing,antioxidant,cough suppressant,expectorant,anti ulcer,antibacterial,and prevention and treatment of acute poisoning.At the same time,Huluqi has certain toxicity.This article provides a review of the research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Huluqi,and provides a reference basis for its related research.
