摘　　要：目的探讨等离子体面放电空气消毒机医院消毒及安全性效果。方法每日医疗活动结束后,采用两种不同工作原理的采样器采集自然菌进行现场试验以及使用六级筛孔空气撞击式采样器进行模拟现场消毒试验,对等离子体面放电空气消毒机进行空气中指示菌和自然菌的杀灭效果观察;使用臭氧分析仪对消毒过程中产生的臭氧进行检测。结果消毒60 min后等离子体面放电空气消毒机对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率>99.9%;连续消毒2 h后对空气中自然菌的消亡率>90%,两种采样器所得的消亡率无统计学差异,但采集的微生物种类存在不同;运行过程中臭氧泄漏量<0.1 mg/m^(3)。结论离子体面放电空气消毒机可有效降低门诊内空气中的菌落总数,具有良好的消毒效果,能有效阻断病原微生物的传播,从而降低交叉感染的发生率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the disinfection and safety effects of plasma surface discharge air disinfection machines in hospitals.METHOD After the end of each day's medical activities,two samplers with different operating principles were used to collect natural bacteria for on-site disinfection tests as well as simulated on-site disinfection tests using a six-stage sieve air impingement sampler,the killing effect of the plasma surface discharge air disinfector on indicator bacteria and natural bacteria were observed.An ozone analyzer was used to detect ozone leakage during operation.RESULTS After 60 minutes of disinfection,the killing rate of plasma surface discharge air disinfector for Staphylococcus aureus was>99%.Following continuous disinfection for 2 hours,the extinction rate of airborne natural bacteria was>90%,and there was no statistically significant difference in the extinction rate obtained by the two types of samplers,but there were differences in the types of microorganisms collected.The amount of ozone leakage in the process of operation was less than O.1 mg/m^(3).CONCLUSION The plasma surface discharge air disinfector can effectively reduce the total number of bacteria in the air of outpatient clinics,with good disinfection effect,and can effectively block the transmission of pathogenic microorganisms,thereby reducing the incidence of cross-infection.
