基于GPON的全光网络在智慧医院的应用

摘　　要：随着国家医改政策的推进和医院业务信息化的需求日益增长,医院传统网络已不能满足公立医院高质量发展的需要。文章从网络架构、业务、CAPEX资本支出和OPEX运营成本角度出发,首先对传统以太局域网和基于GPON的全光网络进行对比,阐述智慧医院POL无源光局域网建设的必要性。其次对智慧医院全光网络组网原理和网络架构进行描述,给出基于GPON技术的全光网络方案,介绍全光网络在智慧医院各业务场景中的应用和全光网络在信息安全的应用情况。最后对POL无源光局域网进行总结并给出建议。As the advance of national healthcare reform policies and the growing demand for hospital business informatization,traditional hospital networks can no longer meet the needs of high-quality development in public hospitals.This paper firstly compares the traditional Ethernet LANs with all-optical networks based on GPON from the perspectives of network architecture,business,CAPEX,and OPEX,elucidating the necessity of constructing a smart hospital POL.Secondly,it describes the networking principles and network architecture of smart hospital all-optical networks,presents an all-optical network solution based on GPON technology,and introduces the application of all-optical networks in various smart hospital business scenarios as well as their application situation in information security.Finally,it summarizes the POL and offers suggestions.
