摘  要:对近年国内外常见的六方氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs)剥离技术进行了综述和分类,并对比分析了这些方法的技术特点、所制备纳米片的完整性以及实验的经济成本。同时,对BNNSs的发展趋势和潜在应用前景进行了展望,旨在为相关领域的研究者提供有价值的参考,并促进BNNSs在实际应用中的进一步发展。Global latest advancements in hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs)exfoliation techniques,are reviewed and classified,including mechanical exfoliation,liquid-phase exfoliation,chemical exfoliation,supercritical exfoliation,and freeze-thaw exfoliation methods.Each method's principle,experimental procedures,technical characteristics,economic cost,and environmental impact are comprehensively discussed.Looking ahead,BNNSs hold vast development trends and potential applications.With continuous advancements and optimization in exfoliation techniques,it is believed that BNNSs will play a crucial role in numerous high-tech fields,driving innovation in materials science and related industries.It is suggested that researchers should explore more efficient and eco-friendly preparation methods to achieve large-scale green production of BNNSs,contributing to the sustainable development of science,technology,and society.
