摘  要:针对处理规模为1 000×10^(4) m^(3)/d的含碳天然气,确定了醇胺溶液类型和配比,并提出了2种工艺流程:一段吸收+闪蒸、汽提再生工艺(方案一)和原料气分流+深度脱碳工艺(方案二)。根据HYSYS模拟结果及设备厂商制造能力调研,重点对关键设备选型、溶液循环量、公用工程消耗及系统能耗等进行研究和分析。研究结果表明,对于1 000×10^(4) m^(3)/d的天然气碳捕集,方案二有效降低了胺液循环量,故方案二的装置尺寸及占地面积显著减小,同时方案二的热负荷及用电负荷均低于方案一,因此方案二具有明显优势。As for a 10 million cubic meter per day natural gas decarbonization system,the type and ratio of alcohol amine absorption solution are determined,and two gas decarbonization process schemes are proposed as follows:one-stage absorption+flashing and stripping regeneration process(Scheme 1),partial gas bypass+partial deep decarburization remixing process(Scheme 2).According to the simulation result by HYSYS software and investigation on manufacturing capacity of equipment manufacturers,the selection of key equipment,the circulation quantity of solution,utility consumption and energy consumption are studied and analyzed mainly.Study results show that for CO_(2) capture in a 10 million cubic meter per day natural gas scale,Scheme 2 can reduce effectively the circulation quantity of alcohol amine solution,therefore,it uses smaller equipment and needs smaller land area.Meanwhile,Scheme 2 requires lower heat load and power load than Scheme 1.In conclusion,Scheme 2 has an obvious advantage.
