摘  要:我国大部分火电机组使用选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)技术对锅炉烟气进行NO_(x)脱除,以满足日趋严格的环保要求。但在锅炉装置实际运行过程中,经SCR反应器脱硝处理后,锅炉烟气出口仍普遍出现NO_(x)浓度分布不均现象,造成出口NO_(x)排放超过标准要求,同时也增加了氨逃逸风险。以某公司的燃煤锅炉脱硝装置为例,分析喷氨调平改造前后烟气中氨逃逸指标和NO_(x)浓度数据的差异,从而论证喷氨调平技术在控制氨逃逸及NO_x脱除中所起到的作用。Most of China's thermal power units employ selective catalytic reduction(SCR)technology to remove NO_(x) from coal-fired boiler flue gas to meet the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirement.However,during the actual operation,after denitrification treatment by the SCR reactor,uneven distribution of NO_(x) concentration still commonly occurs at the flue gas outlet,resulting in NO_(x) emission exceeding the standard requirements and increasing the risk of ammonia escape.Taking the denitration unit of coal-fired boiler in a company as an example,the differences of ammonia escape index and NO_(x) concentration data in flue gas before and after ammonia injection adjusting transformation are analyzed,so as to demonstrate the role of ammonia injection adjusting technology in controlling ammonia escape and removing NO_(x).
