摘 要:针对传统盘式永磁磁力耦合器调速的弊端,设计了一种变面积调速的磁力耦合器。详细分析了其工作方式与调速原理,并介绍了设计思路。为研究此种新型磁力耦合器的可行性,采用有限元分析与试验验证相结合的方法。首先,建立三维有限元物理模型,采用3D有限元分析法对其进行静态磁场与瞬态场分析,得到了其耦合面积与输出转矩的仿真关系曲线。最后,通过制造样机与搭建试验平台进行了试验验证。结果表明样机的试验数据与仿真分析数据具有很好的吻合性,最大相对误差仅为3.52%,验证了该调速方式的可行性与先进性,增加了调速方式的种类与调速范围,为大功率变面积式磁力耦合器的研制提供了参考。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional disk-type permanent magnet magnetic coupler speed regulation,a magnetic coupler with variable area speed regulation is designed.Its working mode and speed regulation principle are analyzed in detail and the design idea is introduced.In order to study the feasibility of this new type of magnetic coupler,the method of combining finite element analysis and experimental verification is adopted.Firstly,the static magnetic field and transient field are analyzed by establishing a three-dimensional finite element physical model and using 3D finite element analysis.,the simulation relationship curve between its coupling area and output torque is obtained.Finally,the test verification was carried out by manufacturing the prototype and building the test platform.The results show that the test data of the prototype are in good agreement with the simulation data,and the maximum relative error is only 3.52%,which verifies the feasibility and advanced nature of the speed regulation mode,increases the type and range of speed regulation modes,and provides a reference for the development of high-power variable area magnetic coupler.
