摘　　要：《民法典》的颁布施行为中国民法学自主知识体系的建构提供了前所未有的机遇。在知识体系构建方面,要充分发挥民法典的立柱架梁功能。在价值体系构建方面,要以民法典的价值体系为基础,发挥民法典作为私权保障基本法的作用。在权利体系构建方面,要以民法典确立的民事权利为中心的体系为依据。在学科内容构建方面,要牢牢把握民法典的中国特色、实践特色、时代特色,坚持自主性、实践性、科学性、前沿性。中国民法学自主知识体系应当面向民事立法和司法实践,面向社会主义市场经济,面向新一轮科技革命和产业变革。民法典鲜明的实践特征,为中国民法学自主知识体系提供了重要的实践导向。在《民法典》颁布施行后,要加强民法解释研究,注重案例研究,丰富建构民法学自主知识体系的载体,从而推进中国民法学自主知识体系的建构。The promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code provides an unprecedented opportunity for the construction of an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese civil law.In the construction of the knowledge system,it is necessary to give full play to the function of the Civil Code as a pillar.With regard to the construction of the value system,we should take the value system of the Civil Code as the basis and fulfill the role of the Civil Code as the basic law for the protection of private rights.In terms of the construction of the rights system,it is based on the civil rights-centered system established by the Civil Code.In the construction of disciplinary content,it is necessary to firmly grasp the Chinese,practical and contemporary characteristics of the Civil Code,and adhere to the autonomy,practicability,scientificity and cutting-edge.The autonomous knowledge system of Chinese civil law should be oriented to civil legislation and judicial practice,to the socialist market economy,and to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change.The distinctive practical feature of the Civil Code provides an important practical orientation for the autonomous knowledge system of Chinese civil law.After the promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the interpretation of civil law,emphasize case studies,and enrich the carriers for the construction of an autonomous knowledge system of civil law,so as to promote the construction of an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese civil law.
