摘　　要：随着现代医学的发展,加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)已经被广泛应用于众多外科领域,并且正在被越来越多的医生所接受并应用于临床实践。然而,由于脊柱手术难度较大,风险和并发症发生率相对较高,ERAS在国内脊柱外科的应用经验相对较少。论文围绕ERAS在脊柱外科术前、术中和术后三个方面的应用进行了综述,旨在为脊柱外科患者围手术期的ERAS方案的实施提供理论证据。With the development of modern medicine,enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),a concept that is being accepted by more and more doctors and applied in clinical practice,has been widely used in many surgical fields.However,due to the difficulty of spine surgery and the relatively high risk and complication rates,there is relatively little experience with the use of ERAS in spine surgery in China.This article provides an overview of ERAS in three areas of spine surgery:preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative,with the aim of providing theoretical evidence for the implementation of ERAS protocols in the perioperative period for spine surgery patients.
