摘　　要：目的:分析高值医用耗材产销、采购、使用过程的廉洁风险和隐患,探讨风险防范措施。方法:使用文献研究法、案例分析法、定性分析法,区分医院外部和内部因素,识别高值医用耗材生产、销售、采购、使用全链条各环节廉洁风险因素。结果:高值医用耗材生产销售、招标代理、行政监管以及医院内部的申请、决策、采购、使用等环节均存在基于信息不对称造成的廉洁风险隐患。结论:应加强外部监管,同时增加医院在高值医用耗材品规选择、采购、使用等环节的信息透明和权力制衡,规范医疗行为,降低廉洁风险。Objective: To analyze the integrity risks and hidden dangers in the production, sales, procurement, and use of high-value medical consumables, and explore risk prevention measures. Methods used include literature research, case analysis, and qualitative analysis to distinguish between external and internal factors in hospitals, and to identify integrity risk factors across all stages of the production, sales, procurement, and usage of high-value medical consumables. Result: Integrity risks during the production and sales, bidding agency, administrative supervision, and internal hospital processes such as application, decision-making, procurement, and usage are all present due to information asymmetry. Conclusion: Strengthening external supervision, while increasing the transparency of information and checks and balances in hospitals regarding specification selection, procurement, and usage of high-value medical consumables, can standardize medical practices and reduce integrity risks.
