摘  要:为深入研究无油润滑活塞压缩机连杆轴承组件在温度扰动作用下的变形机理,以某无油润滑压缩机连杆轴承组件为研究对象,建立了多变工况下轴承受力模型,研究了宽温程下连杆与轴承变形机理,开展了基于温度扰动下连杆轴承组件配合关系的理论分析和数值仿真,分析得到了连杆轴承承载和润滑特性。基于研究结果,结合实际故障案例,对轴承连杆组件进行结构优化,提出改进方案并进行实验验证。结果表明:铝合金连杆极易受温度影响,宽温程下连杆与轴承配合间隙差异巨大。受零部件加工精度影响,轴承受到一定的轴向力,润滑脂沿配合间隙泄漏加剧了轴承偏移,严重影响轴承寿命。因此宽温程下轴承配合件需严格保证零部件位置关系,对与铝合金配合的轴承进行适当约束是极其必要的。In order to further study the deformation mechanism of connecting rod bearing assembly of an oil-free lubricated piston compressor under temperature disturbance,this paper this paper took a certain oil-free lubricated compressor connecting rod bearing assembly as the research object,established the shaft bearing force model under changeable working conditions,studied the deformation mechanism of connecting rod and bearing under wide temperature range,carried out theoretical analysis and numerical simulation based on the fitting relationship of the connecting rod bearing assembly under temperature disturbance,and obtained the bearing and lubrication characteristics of connecting rod bearing.Based on the research results and combined with the actual failure cases,the structure of the bearing connecting rod components was optimized,and the improvement scheme was put forward and verified by experiments.The results show that the aluminum alloy connecting rod is easily affected by temperature,and the coordination gap between connecting rod and bearing under wide temperature range varies greatly.Affected by the machining precision of the parts,the bearing is subject to a certain axial force,and the leakage of grease along the coordination gap intensifies the bearing deviation,which seriously affects the life of bearing.Therefore,the bearing fittings under the wide temperature range should strictly ensure the position relationship of the parts,and it is extremely necessary to properly restrain the bearing matched with the aluminum alloy.
