离心式压缩机平衡盘密封缺失的研究与分析

摘　　要：西门子离心式压缩机在试车过程中出现排气温度过高和轴位移偏大问题,导致机组无法正常运行,通过对机组运行数据分析及回厂检查,发现平衡盘靠近叶轮一侧迷宫密封未安装,是导致压缩机出口温度高和轴位移偏大的根本原因。通过回装缺失的平衡盘密封后,压缩机排气温度指标、轴位移指标恢复正常。High exhaust temperature and large axial displacement occurred in the test run of Siemens centrifugal compressors,leading to the unit unable to operate normally.Through analyzing the operating data of unit and the inspection back to the factory,it was found that the labyrinth seal on the side of the balance plate near the impeller was not installed,which is the fundamental reason for the high outlet temperature and excessive shaft displacement of compressor.After reinstalling the missing balance disk seal,the compressor exhaust temperature index and shaft displacement index returned to normal.
