基于JAK/STAT信号通路探讨中医药在急性胰腺炎中的治疗作用

摘　　要：对JAK/STAT信号通路与急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)相关性及中药单体、中药复方干预JAK/STAT信号通路治疗AP的研究进行综述,指出JAK/STAT信号通路与AP的发生发展关系密切,中医药可以通过调控JAK/STAT信号通路,抑制机体炎症反应,达到防治AP的目的。Through summing up the correlation between JAK/STAT signaling pathway and acute pancreatitis,and the research on the treatment of AP with herbal monomer,and herbal compound by intervening in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway,it is found that JAK/STAT signaling pathway is closely related to the incidence and development of AP,TCM could prevent and treat AP by regulating JAK/STAT signaling pathway and inhibiting inflammatory response of the body.
