大柴胡汤联合短波紫外线与康复新液治疗小儿溃疡性口腔炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察大柴胡汤联合短波紫外线与康复新液治疗小儿溃疡性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将92例溃疡性口腔炎患儿采用抽签法分为对照组和研究组,各46例.对照组予短波紫外线联合康复新液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予大柴胡汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、相关症状改善情况及血清C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor α,TNF-α)表达水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为93.5%(43/46),高于对照组的80.4%(37/46)(P<0.05);中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);相关症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);血清CRP、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α表达均低于对照组(P<0.05);患者潮热及口苦不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),但总的不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与单纯短波紫外线联合康复新液治疗比较,大柴胡汤联合短波紫外线与康复新液治疗小儿溃疡性口腔炎疗效更优,能够改善中医证候及症状,降低血清CRP、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α表达水平,安全性好。Objective:To investigate curative effects of Dachaihu Tang combined with short-wave ultraviolet C and Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of pediatric ulcerative stomatitis.Methods:All 92 patients were allocated to the control group and the study group using lottery with 46 cases in each group,the control group was treated with short-wave ultraviolet C and Kangfuxin liquid,and the study group took Dachaihu Tang orally on the foundation of the therapy of the control group.Clinical effects,TCM syndrome integrals,the improvements of the relevant symptoms,the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α,and the incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Total effective rate of the study group was 93.5%(43/46),higher than 80.4%(37/46)of the control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome integrals were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05),the improvements of the relevant symptoms better than these of the control group(P<0.05);the expressions of CRP,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05);the study group was higher than the control group in the incidences of tidal fever and bitter taste in mouth(P<0.05),while the difference had no statistical meaning in total incidences of adverse reactions between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with short-wave ultraviolet C and Kangfuxin liquid,Dachaihu Tang combined with shortwave ultraviolet C and Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of pediatric ulcerative stomatitis could obtain the optimal clinical effects,which could improve TCM syndrome and symptoms,reduce the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α with good safety.
