艾灸联合中药浴足护理对气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸联合中药浴足护理对气虚血痧型慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法:将98例气虚血瘀型CHF患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各49例。对照组予常规西医干预方案,治疗组在此基础上予艾灸联合中药浴足护理。比较两组患者心功能[左心室收缩末期容积(left ventricular end-systolic volume,LVESV)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、心指数(cardiac index,CI)]、气虚血瘀证症状评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者LVESV降低(P<0.01),LVEF及CI均升高(P<0.01),治疗组心功能改善优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者气虚血证症状评分均降低(P<0.01),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为95.92%(47/49),高于对照组的79.59%(39/49)(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合中药浴足护理可促进气虚血痧型CHF患者心功能恢复,减轻中医证候,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the influence of moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal foot bath on cardiac function in patients suffering chronic heart failure(CHF)of Qi-deficiency blood-stasis pattern.Methods:Altogether 98 cases of Qi-deficiency blood-stasis type of CHF were divided into the control group and the treatment group in light of random number table method.Conventional intervention program of Western medicine was administered to the control group,and the treatment group was given moxibustion and Chinese herbal foot bath.To compare cardiac function(LVESV,LVEF and CI),symptom scores of Qi-deficiency blood-stasis pattern and clinical effects in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,a decrease in LVESV was found in the two groups(P<0.01),LVEF and CI were increased(P<0.01),the improvements of cardiac function in the treatment group were superior to these in the control group(P<0.01);after the treatment,symptom scores of Qi-deficiency blood-stasis pattern were lowered in the two groups(P<0.01),the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01);total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.92%(47/49),higher than 79.59%(39/49)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion joined with Chinese herbal foot bath could promote the recovery of cardiac function in Qi-deficiency blood-stasis type of CHF,alleviate TCM syndrome,raise clinical effects.
