耳穴压豆联合中医辩证施膳干预糖尿病前期牌胃雍滞型患者效果观察

摘　　要：目的:耳穴压豆联合中医辨证施膳干预糖尿病前期脾胃雍滞型患者效果观察。方法:将糖尿病前期脾胃雍滞型患者60例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予常规饮食加运动干预,治疗组在对照组基础上予耳穴压豆联合中医辨证施膳干预;比较两组患者干预前后空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2h PG)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)以及中医症状量化积分,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者FBG、2h PG、HbA1c、TG及中医症状量化积分均降低(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为76.7%(23/30),高于对照组的33.3%(10/30)(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合中医辨证施膳能够有效降低糖尿病前期脾胃雍滞型患者FBG、TG、HbA1c水平及中医症状量化积分,提高临床疗效。Objective:To investigate clinical effects of auricular point pressure with beans and TCM syndrome differentiation and diet in the intervention of prediabetes of spleen-stomach obstruction pattern.Methods:Sixty patients were allocated to the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method with 30 cases in each group.The control group accepted routine diet and exercise intervention,and the treatment group was given auricular point pressure with beans and TCM syndrome differentiation and diet on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted.To compare the levels of FBG,2h PG,TG and HbA1c,TCM symptom quantification scores before and after the intervention in the two groups,to observe clinical effects.Results:After the treatment,the levels of FBG,2h PG,HbA1c and TG,TCM symptom quantification scores were reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.7%(23/30),higher than 33.3%(10/30)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressure with beans and TCM syndrome differentiation and diet could effectively reduce the levels of FBG,TG and HbAlc,and TCM symptom quantification scores and improve clinical effects in patients with prediabetes of spleen-stomach obstruction pattern.
