摘 要:常规被动式相变围护结构多采用单一相变材料,很难既在冬季实现很好的供热保暖又在夏季起到隔热保冷作用。提出并制备了一种双效定型相变材料,该材料由目标相变温度分别为22℃的低温单一定型相变材料和27℃的高温单一定型相变材料按照质量比1∶1混合搅拌制成,各单一相变材料均以石蜡为基体相变材料,以石墨烯为增强材料进行吸附定型。借助差示扫描量热仪试验测试了各单一相变材料和双效相变材料的主要热物性参数。结果显示:低温单一相变材料的实际相变温度为22.4℃,相变焓值为155.5 kJ/kg;高温单一相变材料的实际相变温度为27.2℃,相变焓值为169.9 kJ/kg;而双效相变材料具有2个相变温度,分别为23.0℃和27.1℃,相变总焓值为162.2 kJ/kg。结果表明:双效相变材料同时保有各单一相变材料的相变温度,且相变焓值为2种单一相变材料的质量加权平均,验证了双效相变的可行性。基于试验结果,进一步给出了双效相变材料的等效比热容及等效导热系数计算方法。Conventional passive phase change material(PCM)envelope structure generally uses a single-effect PCM,which is difficult to achieve good heating in winter and heat insulation in summer.A double-effect shaped PCM was proposed and introduced,which was made with a low-temperature single-effect shaped PCM and a hightemperature single-effect shaped PCM by mixing and stirring with 1∶1 mass ratio.The target phase-change temperatures of the low-temperature single-effect shaped PCM and the high-temperature single-effect shaped PCM were 22℃and 27℃respectively.Both the single-effect PCMs used paraffin wax as the matrix PCM and used graphene as the reinforcement material for adsorption and shaping.The main thermophysical parameters of each single-effect PCM and double-effect PCM were tested by using a differential scanning calorimeter.The results presented that the actual phase-change temperature of the low-temperature single-effect PCM was 22.4℃and its phase-change enthalpy was 155.5 kJ/kg.The actual phase-change temperature of the high-temperature singleeffect PCM was 27.2℃and its phase-change enthalpy was 169.9 kJ/kg.The double-effect PCM had two phasechange temperatures of 23.0℃and 27.1℃,and the total phase-change enthalpy was 162.2 kJ/kg.The results show that the double-effect PCM maintains the phase-change temperature of each single-effect PCM,and its phasechange enthalpy is the mass-weighted average of the two single-effect PCMs,which validates the feasibility of doubleeffect phase-change.Further,the calculation methods of the equivalent specific heat capacity and equivalent thermal conductivity of the double-effect PCM were given according to the test result.
