摘　　要：心血管疾病是目前危害人类健康的重大疾病。Kelch样家族成员作为Cullin3泛素连接酶的底物结合亚基,可以介导特定底物蛋白的泛素化降解从而影响相关信号通路的调节,在多种肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。随着近年来研究的进行与深入,Kelch样家族成员在心血管领域的作用也逐渐明朗,该蛋白家族在多种心血管疾病的病理过程中异常表达。本文基于现有研究对Kelch样家族在高血压、心肌病、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、心力衰竭等心血管疾病中的具体功能与作用机制进行综述。Cardiovascular disease is a major disease that endangers human health at present.Kelch-like family members,as subunits of Cullin3 ubiquitin ligases,can mediate the ubiquitination degradation of specific substrate proteins and thus affect the regulation of related signaling pathways,playing an important role in the occurrence and development of various tumors.With the progress and deepening of research in recent years,the role of Kelch-like family members in the cardiovascular field has gradually become clear,and this protein family is abnormally expressed in the pathological process of a variety of cardiovascular diseases.Based on existing studies,this paper reviews the specific functions and mechanisms of the Kelch-like family in cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,cardiomyopathy,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,and heart failure.
