摘  要:改性羟基磷灰石基作为一种生物医用材料,有良好的力学性能、生物相容性、成骨诱导能力等,具有与天然骨成分相似、不易引起免疫排斥反应、生物活性和相容性好、无毒、可降解、易于制备和加工等优点,弥补了天然骨材料移植的缺点。本文综述了该材料的生物改性、理化改性和复合改性等方法,并比较了不同改性方法对材料性能的影响。As a kind of biomedical material,modified hydroxyapatite-based material has good mechanical properties,biocompatibility and osteoinductive ability.It has the advantages of similar composition with natural bone,not easy to cause immune rejection,good biological activity and compatibility,non-toxic,degradable,easy to prepare and process,and makes up for the shortcomings of natural bone material transplantation.In this paper,the biological modification,physicochemical modification and composite modification methods of the material were introduced,and the effects of different modification methods on the properties of the material were compared.In addition,the current problems and challenges of modified hydroxyapatite-based material were presented in the discussion section,and the future development of this kind of material was also prospected.
