韩学杰“辨病-辨证-辨象”治疗高血压病的临证经验探析

摘　　要：韩学杰融汇辨病、辨证与辨象诊治高血压病。在诊断方面,辨病秉承痰瘀互结、毒损心络观,辨证立足“单元组合辨证分类法”,同时耦合动态时空观,以使诊断灵机圆活。在治疗方面,强调祛痰化瘀、解毒通络之法贯彻始终,提倡单元组合辨证用药以进退有序,调畅气机以增强疗效,分期调治以降压除症。临证时举一反三,在更年期高血压、单纯舒张期高血压等特殊类型高血压的治疗中同样获效。Professor Han Xuejie integrates disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,and sign differentiation to diagnose and treat hypertension.In terms of diagnosis,Professor Han advocates that disease differentiation should adhere to the concept of syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis,and heart meridian damage by internal toxin;And Professor Han believes that syndrome differentiation should be based on the"dialectical classification method of unit combination",while coupling dynamic spatiotemporal view to make diagnosis flexible and vivid.In terms of treatment,Professor Han emphasizes that the methods of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,and therapy of resolving toxin and dredging collaterals should be consistently implemented;And Professor Han advocates the use of unit combination for dialectical medication for orderly advancement and retreat,regulating qi movement to enhance curative efficacy,and staged treatment to reduce blood pressure and eliminate symptoms.In the treatment of special types of hypertension such as menopausal hypertension and simple diastolic hypertension,the same effect can be achieved by analogy and inference during clinical practice.
