腹部推拿联合黄连膏外用治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究腹部推拿联合黄连膏外用治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法 收集肥胖2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为推拿组和对照组,各40例。推拿组在对照组基础上加腹部推拿合并黄连膏外用治疗,对照组单纯口服盐酸二甲双胍片,治疗6周后比较2组相关指标情况。结果 与治疗前比较,治疗中期、治疗结束推拿组患者常规指标腰围、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)值、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后 2h 血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)含量均明显降低,脂肪棕色化特异性蛋白:热休克转录因子1(HSF-1)含量降低,解偶联蛋白1(UCP-1)含量升高;推拿组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为82.50%、77.50%,在治疗过程中2组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论 腹部推拿联合黄连膏外用治疗T2DM肥胖患者可以增强降糖药物的疗效,有效控制血糖和血脂水平,并能改善脂肪组织代谢功能。Objective To explore the topical therapeutic effect of abdomen massage combined with Huanglian Plaster on obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the massage group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The massage group received abdomen massage combined with external application of Huanglian Plaster on the basis of the treatment of the control group,while the control group received oral metformin hydrochloride tablets alone.After 6 weeks of treatment,the relevant indicators of two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the routine indicators of waist circumference,body mass,body mass index(BMI),and the levels of serum fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in the massage group were significantly reduced,and the content of heat shock transcription factor 1(HSF-1)in fat browning specific proteins decreased,while the content of uncoupling protein 1(UCP-1)in fat browning specific proteins increased.The total effective rates of the massage group and the control group were 82.50%and 77.50%,respectively.During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Abdomen massage combined with Huanglian Plaster in the topical treatment of patients with obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus can enhance the efficacy of hypoglycemic drugs,effectively control blood glucose and lipid levels,and improve the metabolic function of adipose tissue of these patients.
