摘  要:为了探究运行参数对棉布基铝空气电池性能的影响,考查电解液种类、电解液浓度、电极面积比、棉布宽度和棉布层数等参数对电池性能的影响,以获得电池最佳性能下的参数条件。实验结果表明:铝空气电池在KOH电解液中比在NaOH电解液中的产电和放电性能更优。但在10 mA/cm^(2)电流密度下放电,电池在KOH电解液中比容量为489 mAh/g,低于在NaOH电解液中比容量(547 mAh/g)。在4 mol/L KOH电解液、电极面积比为1∶1、棉布通道宽度为10 mm、棉布层数为1层条件下,电池性能达到最佳,其峰值功率密度为(23.51±0.27)mW/cm^(2),极限电流密度为(72.26±2.41)mA/cm^(2)。In order to explore the parameters under the optimal performance of the cotton-based Al-air battery,the parameters of electrolyte types,electrolyte concentrations,electrode area ratios,cotton cloth widths and cotton layers were studied to obtain the optimal performance parameters.The experimental results show that the Al-air battery has better electric performance and discharge performance in KOH electrolyte than in NaOH electrolyte.However,when the current density is 10 mA/cm^(2),the specific capacity of the battery in KOH electrolyte is 489 mAh/g,which is lower than that(547 mAh/g)in the NaOH electrolyte.The battery performance achieves the best when the KOH electrolyte concentration is 4 mol/L,the electrode area ratio is 1∶1,the width of cotton cloth is 10 mm,and the number of cotton layers is 1 layer.The peak power density is(23.51±0.27)mW/cm^(2),and the limit current density is(72.26±2.41)mA/cm^(2).
