摘 要:吐哈油田三塘湖马郎凹陷芦草沟组页岩储层低孔、低渗,天然裂缝不发育,且原油黏度高,压裂后焖井过程中油水置换效率低,高含水生产周期长。针对存在的开发技术难题,选取三塘湖马郎凹陷、吉木萨尔凹陷芦草沟组页岩储层岩心和原油样品,开展了CO_(2)压裂造缝、增能降黏、渗析置换等提高采收率实验研究;在此基础上,通过室内筛选评价CO_(2)增稠剂、优化CO_(2)准干法压裂液体系性能,配套地面工艺流程,形成了非常规页岩储层超临界CO_(2)准干法压裂技术。经马XX井现场试验,结果表明,与同层同规模常规压裂技术对比,含油上升速度更快,同期累产油提升10.1%。该技术为国内非常规页岩油储层压裂改造提供了借鉴参考。The shale reservoirs in the Lucaogou formation of the Santanghu and Malang sags,located in the Tuha oilfield,are charac-terized by low porosity,low permeability,underdeveloped natural fractures,and high crude oil viscosity,causing a low oil-water displacement efficiency and prolonged high-water-cut production during the well soaking stage after fracturing.To address these technical challenges in development,core and crude oil samples from the Lucaogou formation in the Santanghu and Jimusar sags were selected for experimental studies on CO_(2)fracturing,energy enhancement,viscosity reduction,and imbibition displacement to improve oil recovery.Based on these studies,a supercritical CO_(2)quasi-dry fracturing technology was developed by screening and evaluating CO_(2)thickeners in the laboratory,optimizing the quasi-dry fracturing fluid system,and integrating surface process flow designs.Field trials conducted in Well MaXX demonstrate that,compared to conventional fracturing techniques of similar scale in the same formation,the oil production rate increased more rapidly,with cumulative oil production during the same period rising by 10.1%.This technology provides a valuable insight for the fracturing and stimulation of unconventional shale oil reservoirs in China.
