摘  要:采用口述史法,基于江苏羽毛球队国家级二级教练刘永的访谈,探讨高水平羽毛球女子双打运动员的制胜因素,并详细说明了这些因素在训练中的具体体现和方法。研究主要涵盖防守训练、攻封战术、前三拍技术和发球技术4个方面。防守是基础,防守训练强调稳固防守转为进攻,注重“积极防守”和“守中反攻”。攻封战术是关键得分手段,需通过后场进攻和前场封网的默契配合,形成连续的进攻压力。双打前三拍技术要求快速反应和精准判断,前场捕捉球尤为关键。发球技术直接影响比赛的主动权,高质量发球能迫使对手失误或打出质量不高的回球。刘永教练总结了26年的执教经验,强调技术磨炼和实战磨合的重要性,为高水平女子羽毛球运动员的双打训练提供了宝贵的实践参考。This study employs an oral history approach based on interviews with Liu Yong,a national second-class coach of the Jiangsu Provincial Badminton Team,to explore the key success factors for high-level women’s doubles badminton players and their implementation in training.The research covers four main aspects:defensive training,attacking play,the first three shots,and serving techniques.Defense is fundamental,with training emphasizing the transition from solid defense to offense,focusing on“active defense”and“defense to offense”.Attacking play is a critical scoring strategy,requiring coordinated rear-court attacks and front-court interceptions to maintain continuous offensive pressure.The first three shots in doubles demand quick reactions and precise judgment,with front-court interceptions being particularly crucial.Serving techniques directly influence match control;high-quality serves can force opponents into errors or weak returns.Liu Yong,summarizing 26 years of coaching experience,highlights the importance of technical refinement and practical match-play training,providing valuable practical insights for high-level women’s doubles training.
