摘　　要：肺移植是治疗各种终末期肺病的有效手段,但与其他实体器官移植相比,肺移植术后生存率较低,其主要原因是肺移植术后并发症众多,其中,感染是肺移植术后最常见的并发症之一。呼吸道病毒感染是肺移植术后感染的重要类型之一,严重影响肺移植受者术后的生存时间与生活质量。早期识别、提前预防、积极诊治,对降低肺移植术后呼吸道病毒感染的发生率和病死率有重要意义。本文就国内外肺移植术后呼吸道病毒感染的流行病学、危险因素、防治原则以及常见病毒的具体防治进展进行综述,以期为临床肺移植术后呼吸道病毒感染的预防和治疗提供参考。Lung transplantation is an effective means of treating various end-stage lung diseases.However,compared with other solid organ transplants,the survival rate after lung transplantation is relatively low.The main reasonis the numerous complications after lung transplantation,among which infection is one of the most commoncomplications.Respiratory viral infections are an important type of infection after lung transplantation,which severelyaffect the survival time and quality of life of lung transplant recipients.Early identification,early prevention,and activediagnosis and treatment are of great significance in reducing the incidence and fatality of respiratory viral infections afterlung transplantation.This article reviews the epidemiology,risk factors,prevention and treatment principles,and specificprevention and treatment progress of common viruses in respiratory viral infections after lung transplantation at home andabroad,in order to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of respiratory viral infections after lungtransplantation in clinical practice.
