EarWell耳廓矫正器治疗95耳耳廓畸形的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评估EarWell耳廓矫正器治疗先天性耳廓形态畸形的疗效。方法回顾性分析2022年12月至2023年4月来郑州大学第三附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊诊治的55例(95耳)先天性耳廓畸形患儿的临床资料,55例均通过EarWell耳廓矫正器治疗并接受随访,对不同日龄组患儿的矫正时间、治疗有效率及并发症发生率进行分析总结。结果55例(95耳)先天性耳廓畸形患儿通过EarWell耳廓矫正器治疗总有效率97.9%,根据患儿的出生日龄分为三组,A组、B组总有效率100%,明显高于C组86.4%。患儿治疗时间A组<B组<C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组和B组患儿治疗期间发生并发症概率明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003,P<0.01)。结论EarWell耳廓矫正器治疗先天性耳廓形态畸形效果明显,矫正时间越早,疗效越好,且治疗周期越短,并发症发生率越低。Objective To report efficacy of the EarWell Correction System in the treatment of congenital auricle deformity.Methods A total of 55 infants(95ears)with congenital auricle deformity who were treated with the EarWell Correction System in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2022 to April 2023 were enrolled in this study and divided into three groups based on age.Treatment course,outcomes and complications were summarized.Results The overall rate of effectiveness was 97.9%,100%and 86.4%for groups A,B and C,with device wearing in group A<group B<group C(P<0.05).The rate of complications in group A and group B during treatment was significantly lower than that in group C(P=0.003,P<0.01).Conclusions The EarWell Correction System is effective in treating congenital auricle deformity.The earlier the application time,the better the outcome,and the shorter the treatment time required,with lower incidence of complications.
