摘  要:目的探究言语诱导听性脑干反应(speech evoked auditory brainstem response,Speech-ABR)各波潜伏期、波间期在感受性语言障碍儿童与正常儿童中的差异。方法纳入2021年10月至2023年1月湖南省儿童医院儿童保健科确诊的感受性语言障碍患儿23例。招募2021年10月至2023年1月湖南省儿童医院正常儿童23例,分析两者特征波潜伏期、波间期关系。结果感受性语言障碍患儿瞬时反应中右耳A波、左耳C波潜伏期明显长于正常儿童,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);右耳V~A波波间期长于正常儿童,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);其余波潜伏期、波间期与正常儿童比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。感受性语言障碍患儿Speech-ABR周期性反应中左耳D波潜伏期长于正常儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余波潜伏期、波间期与正常儿童比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论感受性语言障碍患儿听觉脑干核团发育正常,对言语声刺激的神经编码仍较稳定,但可能存在听觉传导通路受损。Objective To compare the latency and interphase of speech induced auditory brainstem responses(Speech ABRs)between normal children and those with receptive language disorders.Methods Speech ABRs were obtained in 23 children with receptive language disorders diagnosed at the Department of Children's Health,Hunan Children's Hospital,from October 2021 to January 2023 and in 23 normal children from the same period,and their response latencies and intervals were compared.Results The latency of transient components(wave A on right and wave V on left)in children with receptive language disorders was significantly longer than in normal children(P<0.05),as well as the interval between waves V and A on the right(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the latency and interval of the residual wave between the two groups(P>0.05).Children with receptive language disorders also showed longer wave D latency on left in their Speech ABR cycle compared to normal children(P<0.05),but not in the latency and interval of the residual wave(P>0.05).Conclusion Auditory brainstem nuclei in children with receptive language disorders can develop normally,with stable neural coding for speech stimulation,despite impairment of the auditory transmission pathway.
