摘 要:再生橡胶(RR)是由废旧轮胎及其他废弃橡胶经过多次过滤、洗涤、搅拌和机械分离制成的一种合成橡胶,广泛应用于工业生产和日常生活。为实现大量RR的回收利用并制备通用型电缆绝缘保护套,本研究制备了氯化再生橡胶(CRR),采用氯气作为氯化剂,通过水相氯化法完成制备,并将CRR与氯化聚乙烯树脂结合,以提升绝缘保护套的质量。实验结果表明,CRR用量增加时,共混材料的极限氧指数(LOI)和阻燃性能均呈正相关提升,耐老化性能显著,符合通用型电缆绝缘保护套的使用需求,同时具有成本节约的优势,值得推广。Recycled rubber(RR)is a synthetic rubber made from waste tires and other waste rubber that has been filtered,washed,stirred,and mechanically separated multiple times.It is widely used in industrial production and daily life.In order to achieve the recycling and utilization of a large amount of RR and prepare universal cable insu-lation protective sleeves,this study prepared chlorinated recycled rubber(CRR)using chlorine gas as the chlorina-ting agent,which was prepared by aqueous chlorination method.CRR was combined with chlorinated polyethylene resin to improve the quality of insulation protective sleeves.The experimental results show that as the dosage of CRR increases,the limit oxygen index(LOI)and flame retardancy of the blend material are positively correlated,and the aging resistance is significant,which meets the requirements of universal cable insulation protection sleeves.At the same time,it has the advantage of cost savings and is worth promoting.
