摘 要:以稻壳粉、花生壳粉、秸秆粉、玉米芯粉作为PVC增强材料,选取不同含量与PVC配比成16种木塑复合材料,采用注塑成型方法制备样品。研究了PVC基木塑复合材料的力学性能及其影响因素,结果表明弯曲模量的理论计算值高于实测值,弯曲强度随木粉含量的变化趋势与实测弯曲模量变化趋势一致;复合材料力学性能的影响因素与木粉类型、木粉含量有关,研究表明在16种配比材料中,含量为40%~50%花生壳粉与含量为60%~50%的PVC制得的木塑复合材料具有最好的综合力学性能。Rice husk powder,peanut shell powder,straw powder,and corn cob powder were used as PVC rein-forcement materials,and 16 types of wood plastic composites were selected with different contents and PVC ratios.Samples were prepared by injection molding method.The mechanical properties and influencing factors of PVC based wood plastic composite materials were studied.The results showed that the theoretical calculation value of bending modulus was higher than the measured value,and the trend of bending strength changing with wood powder content was consistent with the trend of measured bending modulus;The influencing factors of the mechanical prop-erties of composite materials are related to the type and content of wood powder.Research has shown that among 16 proportioned materials,wood plastic composites made from peanut shell powder with a content of 40%~50% and PVC with a content of 60%~50% have the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
