摘　　要：将国产界面处理剂TPOY-211SH应用于熔体直纺144dtex/36f聚酯预取向丝(POY)的生产,系统研究了TPOY-211SH的物化性能及长周期应用性能,并与进口界面处理剂GST-001的性能指标进行对比。结果表明:TPOY-211SH在聚酯POY生产中应用情况良好,其物性指标与进口界面处理剂相当,AA级品率均达到了98.5%;应用TPOY-211SH生产的聚酯POY长丝经常温热箱加弹制得的圆孔75dtex/36f聚酯假捻变形丝(DTY)的物性指标与应用GST-001所得的DTY的性能相当,加弹生产周期35 d,较GST-001延长5 d, TPOY-211SH与GST-001平均满管率、T2异常率和染色M率相当,热箱结焦量和摩擦盘白粉量与进口界面处理剂无差异。The domestic interface finish TPOY-211SH was applied to the production of melt direct spinning 144dtex/36f polyester filament pre-oriented yarn(POY).The physicochemical properties and long-term application performance of TPOY-211SH were investigated,comparing with that of the imported finish GST-001.The results showed that TPOY-211SH had good performance in polyester POY production,with physical properties comparable to those of GST-001,and the AA grade rate reached 98.5%.The physical properties of the 75dtex/36f polyester drawn textured yarn(DTY)produced by the TPOY-211SH at normal temperature and thermal box were comparable to those of the DTY produced by GST-001,with a drawing production cycle of 35 d,which was 5 d longer than that of GST-001.The average full-bath rate,T2 abnormal rate,and dyeing M rate of TPOY-211SH and GST-001 were similar,and the amount of carbonization on the thermal box and oligomers on the friction plate were comparable to those of GST-001.
