摘 要:遇水膨胀橡胶(WSR)可以有效降低混凝土的透水性。为实现该材料在沥青改性中的应用,采用分子动力学模拟方法,分析遇水膨胀橡胶与沥青的相容性以及对沥青力学性能的影响。具体包括:沥青、WSR和WSR改性沥青共混体系分子模型构建,相容性性评价,WSR掺量对沥青性能的影响以及力学性能的改性效果等。试验表明,160℃下,WSR与沥青的溶解度参数差值最小,所构成的共混体系更稳定;10%掺量时,结合能达到最大值,能形成稳定的共混体系;WSR改性沥青相比于基质沥青弹性模量提高了14%,体积模量提高了8%,剪切模量提高了18%。研究结果对基于遇水膨胀橡胶的沥青改性研究具有一定的指导意义。Water swelling rubber(WSR)can effectively reduce the permeability of concrete.To achieve the applica-tion of this material in asphalt modification,molecular dynamics simulation method is used to analyze the compatibili-ty between water swelling rubber and asphalt,as well as its influence on the mechanical properties of asphalt.Specif-ically,it includes the construction of molecular models for asphalt,WSR,and WSR modified asphalt blends,com-patibility evaluation,the influence of WSR dosage on asphalt properties,and the modification effect on mechanical properties.The experiment showed that at 160℃,the difference in solubility parameters between WSR and asphalt was the smallest,and the resulting blend system was more stable;When the dosage is 10%,the binding energy rea-ches its maximum value and a stable blend system can be formed;Compared to matrix asphalt,WSR modified asphalt has increased its elastic modulus by 14%,bulk modulus by 8%,and shear modulus by 18%.The research results have certain guiding significance for the study of asphalt modification based on water swelling rubber.
