摘  要:针对复杂卫星载荷控制系统高可靠性提升问题,聚焦系统故障潜在原因,提出一种基于量化底事件与顶事件重要度解析的故障树分析方法。以卫星载荷控制系统设计原理及功能为基础,利用故障树分析法定义故障树顶事件,查找故障原因,确定与底事件之间的逻辑关系,构建故障树;利用布尔代数方法确定故障树最小割集,对故障树底事件进行定性分析;通过最小割集失效率对顶事件进行定性分析,调整单一底事件的质量参数,对底事件与顶事件重要度依赖关系进行量化。研究结果表明,故障树能直观显示系统存在的故障原因,主控芯片故障、时钟信号异常、上位机复位通道故障等为影响系统可靠性的主要故障因素,可根据量化底事件对顶事件故障的影响程度,实现对产品设计、生产、调试、运行过程中潜在故障的预先排查。In allusion to the problem of high reliability improvement in complex satellite payload control systems,a fault tree analysis method based on quantified bottom event and top event importance analysis is proposed by focusing on the potential causes of system faults.Based on the design principles and functions of the satellite payload control system,the fault tree analysis method is used to define the top event of the fault tree,identify the cause of the fault,determine the logical relationship between the bottom events,and construct a fault tree.The Boolean algebra method is used to determine the minimum cut set of fault tree and qualitatively analyze the bottom events of fault tree.The top event is qualitatively analyzed by the minimum cut set failure rate,the quality parameter of single bottom event is adjusted,and the importance dependence between bottom event and top event is quantified.The research results show that the fault tree can directly display the fault causes of the system,and the main control chip fault,clock signal abnormal,and the reset channel fault of the upper computer are the main fault factors affecting the system reliability.According to the influence degree of the bottom event on the top event fault,the potential faults in the process of product design,production,debugging and operation can be realized in advance.
