摘 要:因传统处理方法难以有效去除水中抗生素类污染物,该研究以土霉素(OTC)为试验对象,首先将凹凸棒石(ATP)以FeCl3溶液浸渍,在300、500和700℃下煅烧,制备了3种载铁凹凸棒石(F300、F500和F700),然后将其作为催化剂活化过二硫酸盐(PDS)去除水中土霉素。考察了催化剂投加量、PDS浓度、溶液pH值、共存阴离子(Cl和HCO_(3)^(-))和腐殖酸等因素对OTC去除的影响,并通过淬灭实验探究了载铁凹凸棒活化PDS去除OTC的机理。结果表明,F300作为催化剂活化PDS去除100 mL溶液中10 mg/L的OTC效果最佳。在优化的pH值为3.5、0.2 g/L催化剂和1 mmol/L PDS条件下反应65 min,以F300和F500作为催化剂OTC去除率接近100%,以F700作为催化剂OTC去除率为84.78%。活化降解机理研究表明,在初始pH值为3.5时,体系中SO_(4)^(-)·占优势,1 O_(2)对反应进程有一定的贡献,而·O_(2)^(-)反应活性较差,对OTC的去除贡献不大。研究结果可为高级氧化技术去除水中抗生素的应用提供科学依据。The tranditional treatment method is difficult to remove antibiotic contaminants effectively in water.Oxytetracy⁃cline(OTC)was used as the test object in this research,three kinds of iron-loaded attapulgites(F300,F500 and F700)were prepared at 300,500 and 700℃after dipping attapulgite(ATP)into FeCl3 solution.Then they are used as catalysts to activate peroxydisulfate(PDS)to remove OTC from water.The effects of catalyst dosage,PDS concentration,pH value,co-existing anions(Cl^(-)and HCO_(3)^(-))and humic acid on OTC removal were investigated.The mechanism of OTC removal by activating PDS with iron-loaded attapulgite was investigated through quenching experiment.The results showed that F300 had the best effect on the removal of 10 mg/L OTC in 100 mL solution.Under the optimal pH value of 3.5,0.2 g/L catalyst and 1 mmol/L PDS for 65 min of reaction time,with F300 and F500 as catalysts,the OTC removal rate was close to 100%.With F700 as catalyst,the removal rate of OTC was 84.78%.The activation and degradation mechanism study showed that when the initial pH value was 3.5,SO_(4)^(-)·was dominant in the system,^(1)O_(2) had a certain contribution to the reaction process,and·O_(2)^(-) had a poor reaction activity and had little contribution on the removal of OTC.The results can provide a scientific basis for the appli⁃cation of advanced oxidation technology to remove antibiotics from water.
